Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities

The faculty of Agriculture was established in December 1979. It is situated in the new campus on Multan road, about 16 kilometers from DIK city. With its viable academic standing, the Faculty is trying hard to be one of the best at Gomal University. Recently the Faculty of Agriculture has been granted 79 million rupees by the HEC under mega projects scheme to build a new facility near the main gate of the new campus. This project also includes the funding for the new state of the art equipment. The faculty is pursing several research projects and several PhD students have also been enrolled.
