Course Registration Student for semester

 Student will be required to register  courses for each semester by filling the registration form .course registration  in the first semester will be done by the department whereas in subsequent semester ,the student will have to register themselves during the first week of the classes .complete registration will include  fulfilling all financial obligation for the course.Fess has to be paid before commencement of the classes .No student  will be guaranteed enrollment in a course until registration has been completed

University rules regulations for Probation and drop down /out policy

1. For completion/Award of MSc degree, the student must pass all the courses prescribed in the relevant scheme of study and the minimum qualifying CGPA is 2.00

2. A student who obtains GPA/CGPA less than 2 in any semester, he/she will be put on probation

 
 

3. If a student is already on probation and he she fail to maintain succeeding GPA/CGPA above or equal to 2.00 he/she will not be allowed ( will not be promoted) in the next semester instead he/she will be re-registered in the semester where he/she was put on probation by paying the entire financial obligation like that in the regular semester .Only  two such chance will be given to the student during the whole course of study ,otherwise he will be dropped out  of the roll.For example a student who is on probation from first semester If he/she fail to maintainGPA/CGPA up to 2or above in the 2nd semester, will not be allowed (not be promoted) to the 3rd semester and will be Re-registered in the 1st semester

4. If the CGPA fall below 2.00 at the end of last semester, he/she will be required to improve some /all subjects of any semester with multiple chances till such time he/she meets the minimum requirement of 2 CGPA but not exceeding to maximum duration required for that degree program.

5­ If a student fail in securing 50 percent Marks (D grade) in any subject he she will be declared as fail in that subject and he she will have to pass this subject whenever offered by the department. Only two chances succeeding to the first attempt, will be allowed to the student .If this student is unable to opt the courses during the course of study, he/she has to pay for additional semester (Upto maximum of two)  to cover his /her deficiency courses.
